WPP Media is hiring a Paid Search Specialist (Google Ads) for our Global Operations Centre in Poland. In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a multicultural environment. You will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate directly with global WPP media houses to build SEM activity strategies for international markets.
- Achieve established KPIs for e-commerce, performance, and brand recognition.
- Analyze data, draw conclusions, and offer targeted recommendations.
- Run SEM campaigns from start to finish, also using SA360 and Microsoft Advertising.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in English.
- 1.5+ years of experience in planning Google Ads/Search campaigns.
- Strong analytics skills and a natural affinity for numbers.
- Ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Eagerness to work with Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Eagerness to work directly from Poland.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SA360, Bing Ads, or Data Studio.
