Responsibilities
- Lead entire campaign lifecycles, from identifying prospects and enriching data to scoring leads and executing outreach
- Coordinate multi-channel outreach via email and LinkedIn using automation platforms such as Smartlead, LinkedHelper, HeyReach, and Clay
- Develop tailored value propositions that align closely with the needs and profiles of ideal customer personas
- Configure and manage domains, email accounts, and sending systems to support high-volume campaigns
- Implement best practices in email deliverability to improve inbox placement and response rates
- Ensure all LinkedIn activities follow platform guidelines to maximize reach while minimizing risk
- Extract high-quality lead data using web scraping tools or custom Python scripts when necessary
- Perform large-scale data enrichment while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and hygiene across databases
- Design detailed prompts for qualifying leads, enriching records, and automating follow-up sequences
- Leverage large language models and AI agents to generate personalized messaging at scale
- Continuously improve prompt design and workflow logic to enhance relevance and performance
- Maintain the central contact database with structured, accurate, and up-to-date information
- Manage and synchronize the Do-Not-Contact list across platforms to ensure compliance and protect sender reputation
- Monitor for deliverability issues and adjust technical setups proactively to sustain inbox delivery and safety
- Ensure outbound systems are robust, scalable, and operating reliably
- Create automated workflows across the go-to-market tech stack to increase efficiency and campaign reach
- Manage concurrent campaigns, meeting timelines and quality benchmarks
- Track campaign performance and iterate based on conversion metrics and engagement data
