MAN Truck & Bus Vertrieb Österreich GesmbH is hiring a Global Trainee Business Development to play a key role in transforming the commercial vehicle industry for the digital age. This 15-month trainee program offers comprehensive insights into various areas of MAN Truck & Bus and the TRATON Group, with your home base in the Business Unit MAN Engines, which handles global sales of engines, batteries, and components.
What You'll Do
- Gain deep insights across various departments during the structured 15-month trainee program.
- Work cross-functionally with colleagues from strategy, engineering, finance, logistics, and legal.
- Contribute significantly to shaping new processes and supporting strategic implementation.
- Drive forward cooperation businesses within the TRATON group and with external partners and joint ventures.
What We're Looking For
- An excellent completed degree (Master/Diploma) in International Business Administration, (Business) Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Diverse practical experience through internships or working student roles, preferably in Sales, Business Development, Consulting, or Project Management.
- At least 3 months of international experience to strengthen intercultural competence.
- An independent, creative, and committed working style.
- High motivation and a willingness to learn in an international environment.
- Enthusiasm for innovations and future trends in the commercial vehicle industry.
- Negotiation-level language skills in German and English.
