This critical role, recently opened due to an internal promotion, will be pivotal in expanding global Structural Heart therapies by training and developing the next generation of clinical and product field sales employees. As the Global Senior Sales Training & Education Lead, you'll drive organizational growth by enhancing commercial capabilities through world-class training programs. Your mission: Meet business needs by advancing non-clinical training through standardized global training curricula and strategy. You'll design, develop, and deploy sales training initiatives for OUS commercial employees in the Structural Heart business, focusing on non-clinical and soft skills development. Expect to collaborate closely with regional training teams, GFTD team, Commercial Marketing, Medical Affairs, R&D, HR, Sales Leadership, and Field Sales Trainers. This is a remote position with potential for up to 50% global travel, depending on your home base country. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: - Drive meaningful solutions across the training continuum, including new hires, current sellers, advanced training, recertifications, product launches, and commercial manager training - Use gap analysis discussions with Marketing and Sales to develop programs addressing identified capability gaps - Collaborate with Data & Analytics Team to create and implement targeted metrics strategy - Align with Structural Heart Marketing on materials and programs for existing and new product portfolios - Develop and maintain strong executive stakeholder relationships - Identify talent and resource efficiencies by leveraging field seller/regional training Subject Matter Experts in curricula development and deployment Required Knowledge and Experience: - Bachelor's Degree required with 7+ years of relevant experience in Sales, Clinical Training, Sales Training, Marketing, Medical Education (5 years with Advanced degree) - Minimum of 5 years of field sales or clinical experience - 5+ years of people leadership experience - Experience selling in acute care hospital operating room environments - Large group facilitation experience - Project management/leadership skills with excellent planning and organizational capabilities - Training curricula design expertise - Exceptional influencing, interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills - Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities - In-depth knowledge of field sales organization, structure, processes, and culture Physical Job Requirements The above statements describe the general nature and level of work for this position, but are not an exhaustive list of all required responsibilities and skills.
