Veeva Systems is seeking a Global Program Manager for its Quality Cloud product within the Europe region. Based in London, this role is part of our Professional Services organization, specifically the Vault Quality Services team.
What You'll Do
- Manage and lead complex program implementations for Veeva Quality Cloud across Europe
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders to ensure program success
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams across Professional Services and other internal groups
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- Drive the adoption of best practices and ensure high-quality delivery standards
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing enterprise software implementation programs, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Strong background in Life Sciences, with specific knowledge of Quality management processes and systems
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrated ability to lead geographically distributed teams and manage multiple workstreams
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
