Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in multiple countries

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local payroll regulations and tax requirements
- Coordinate with third-party payroll providers across regions
- Audit payroll data for consistency and compliance
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Process bonuses, commissions, and adjustments in alignment with policies
- Ensure proper documentation for all payroll-related actions
- Implement and follow internal controls for payroll operations
- Assist in payroll audits and regulatory filings
- Track statutory changes affecting payroll and advise stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
- Contribute to payroll process improvements and automation
- Support system upgrades and integrations involving payroll data
- Standardize payroll procedures across international locations
