About the Role

Broadcom is hiring a Global Partner & Customer Success Program Support Lead for a dynamic, customer-facing role focused on partner sales execution and revenue growth. What You'll Do

  • Engage directly with partners and customers to develop a commercial customer success story framework, ensuring alignment and a rhythm of outreach, feedback, and storytelling.
  • Capture and communicate partner wins and customer success stories, demonstrating how customers are moving up the value pyramid through modernization, automation, and services-led growth.
  • Create compelling content for partner- and customer-facing decks, newsletters, social media, and events to highlight transformation outcomes and partner value realization.
  • Enable partners to adopt a customer for life mindset by building narratives that show how Broadcom and partners deliver value across the full solution and services lifecycle.

  • Coordinate with marketing, technical teams, BU product, and sales teams to refine sales play assets, customer use cases, and competitive positioning materials that align with VCF-led value propositions.
  • Ensure global consistency with regional customization, acting as the bridge between go to market and sales strategy with partner execution.
  • Execute critical partner and customer programs designed to drive commercial sales growth and partner adoption.
  • Collaborate with partners, BU marketing, product, technical teams, and Broadcom sales teams to create and refine success stories and use case collateral, sharing insights across internal and partner stakeholders.
  • Support sales play activation by integrating customer-facing content into workshops, enablement sessions, and field communications.
  • Partner with BU and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of global program milestones and the alignment of all partner-facing initiatives to Broadcom’s strategic objectives.
  • Champion a data-driven approach using insights from Broadcom ACL, Distribution Tech Support data, and Channel Scaler dashboards to improve partner sales effectiveness and execution outcomes.
