This role collaborates closely with consultants, HR leaders, and external partners to deliver competitive, compliant, and data-driven global benefits strategies enhancing worldwide employee experiences. Core Responsibilities Data & Analysis · Conduct benefits inventories, data collection, and global market benchmarking. · Perform claims analysis, renewal evaluations, and cost modeling for international programs. · Support implementation and management of global employee benefits plans, including Expatriate Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Business Travel Accident, and Security & Assistance Providers. Client Deliverables · Develop and analyze reports, benefit summaries, proposals, and RFPs. · Prepare client-facing presentations and renewal documentation. · Support benefit package design aligned with client objectives. · Drive process improvements enhancing efficiency, compliance, and engagement. · Contribute to employee communications and enrollment initiatives.
