What You'll Do
Shape the global marketing direction for a portfolio serving the tunnelling and mining industries. Translate complex technical offerings into clear, impactful messaging that resonates with diverse stakeholders. Develop and manage integrated campaigns across digital and traditional platforms to strengthen market positioning and generate demand.
Work closely with product and sales teams to identify customer needs and deliver targeted content—from sales tools and presentations to whitepapers and event materials. Use performance data to assess campaign outcomes, refine strategies, and recommend improvements that drive measurable results.
Design and execute marketing initiatives including brochures, audiovisual assets, and event participation plans that showcase real-world applications of our solutions. Coordinate with external partners to ensure deliverables align with brand standards, timelines, and budgets. Support regional teams in amplifying presence at key industry events, reinforcing credibility in the underground construction space.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent practical experience
- Proven background in marketing within the underground construction sector, specifically tunnelling or mining
- Track record in B2B marketing with focus on demand generation, marketing funnel development, and pipeline understanding
- Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and guide strategic decisions
- Fluency in English is required
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in additional European languages is highly advantageous.
