The Global Manufacturing & Supply (GMS) Project Manager plays a critical role in driving key initiatives at Sobi, a global biopharmaceutical company. This position leads complex, cross-functional projects such as product launches, lifecycle management, technology transfers, and divestments, ensuring timely and patient-focused outcomes through collaboration with Markets, Finance, TechOps, Commercial, Regulatory, and external partners.
What You'll Do
- Lead project management for global product launches and lifecycle initiatives with a strong focus on launch excellence, supply reliability, cost and patient impact.
- Create, for the assigned launch or project, an end to end vision from initiation to implementation, integrated into the product strategy.
- Partner with the Product Team Lead to align on priorities, stakeholders, project resources, and budget, and help remove obstacles to ensure successful execution.
- Drive proactive, transparent communication and collaboration with stakeholders across Markets, Regulatory, and all TechOps functions.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships across global and local teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure robust and resilient delivery.
- Align closely with Commercial, Regulatory, and TechOps on supply and commercial strategies and translate market needs into manufacturing & supply capabilities.
- Contribute to the development of project reporting dashboards, ensuring accurate status tracking, KPIs, and resource visibility.
- Represent the GMS Project Management function in Product Teams and cross-functional forums across the Sobi organisation.
