Responsibilities
- Address employment-related inquiries, manage documentation, and process leave requests efficiently
- Collaborate with Employer of Record (EORs), legal advisors, and immigration consultants to ensure legal compliance
- Establish new hiring locations while adhering to local regulations
- Maintain the HRIS and ensure data integrity
- Manage visas, work permits, and offer internal consultations on immigration matters
- Assist internal teams during audit and tender processes
- Analyze compliance gaps across locations and support the implementation of solutions
- Create an internal knowledge base on employment law, internal policies, and practices
Requirements
- Practical experience in People Operations, Global Employment, or related areas
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+)
- Proven expertise in official employment operations
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with service providers and partners
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail, adaptability, and consistency in work
- Ability to develop clear, readable, and user-friendly policies and guides
Nice to Have
- Background in Legal, Global Mobility, Tax, or Accounting
- Experience managing visa and work permit processes
- Experience working with Employer of Records (EoRs)
