CrowdStrike seeks a Global Enablement Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our learning and development initiatives. In this remote role, you will coordinate and deliver training programs for sales, technical sales, and partners, ensuring our global teams have the knowledge and skills to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Manage and distribute internal communications related to training and enablement programs
- Coordinate and host virtual webinars and training sessions
- Provide logistical and technical support for onsite training events
- Provide end user support for issues with training programs
- Administer the learning management system, including publishing training events, tracking attendance and completion rates, and managing participant registrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program delivery
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in coordination or program support roles
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with learning management systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a global mindset and cultural awareness
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms and webinar tools
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience working for a technology or software company
- Highspot and Docebo administrator experience
