Vanta is hiring a Global Demand Generation Manager to support, execute, and optimize top-of-funnel media for global marketing campaigns that fuel pipeline. This role has a global focus, supporting initiatives in NAMER and EMEA at a company whose mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust.
What You'll Do
- Execute and optimize top-of-funnel campaigns across channels such as OOH, OTT, podcasts, influencer marketing, newsletters, and webinars.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including brand, content, design, and marketing operations on campaign strategy and execution.
- Analyze pipeline performance data to identify gaps and implement optimization strategies.
- Evaluate and test emerging top-of-funnel acquisition channels to determine ROI and scale high-performing efforts.
- Support end-to-end execution of in-house and third-party webinars, including setup, production, and reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Paid media channel expertise with hands-on experience in top-of-funnel channels (e.g., OOH, OTT, podcasts, newsletters, webinars).
- Strong background in B2B SaaS marketing with ability to align demand gen to a complex sales cycle.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with internal teams such as brand, content, sales, and product marketing.
- Skilled in using performance metrics and analytics tools to evaluate channel performance, optimize campaigns, and report on ROI.
- Highly organized with program management skills for building and scaling structured, repeatable programs.

- East coast timezone preferred due to collaboration with EMEA teams.
