About the Role

As the Global Content & Thought Leadership Lead, you will define and execute a strategic vision for content that amplifies organizational expertise and strengthens brand authority. You'll shape narratives that resonate with clients, influence industry discourse, and support enterprise growth, ensuring editorial excellence across all formats and regions.

What You'll Do

You will lead the development of a unified global content strategy aligned with brand positioning and market priorities. This includes crafting flagship research publications, executive insights, and cross-channel narratives that translate technical knowledge into accessible, impactful stories. You'll collaborate with senior leaders to identify key themes, establish points of view, and position the organization as a forward-thinking industry voice.

You will chair the Global Editorial Committee, manage the editorial calendar in Monday.com, and lead planning forums to ensure strategic alignment. You'll uphold rigorous editorial standards, enforce tone of voice, and maintain governance frameworks across all content outputs. By mentoring an in-house team of writers and coordinating external contributors, you'll build editorial capacity and consistency across geographies.

This role involves shaping content for high-stakes pursuits, advising on narrative strategy, and ensuring seamless integration with digital marketing efforts. You'll apply SEO and digital best practices, analyze performance data, and refine approaches to maximize reach and engagement across owned, earned, and paid channels.

Requirements

You bring deep experience in editorial leadership, with a proven ability to distill complex subject matter into clear, authoritative content. You have led global content functions, managed editorial teams, and guided multi-author workflows at scale. Your background includes developing thought leadership, managing governance models, and working with senior stakeholders to align content with strategic goals.

You are skilled in managing external partners, coaching writers, and maintaining brand consistency through style advocacy and training. Experience with digital content performance, content calendars, and data-driven optimization is essential. You thrive in collaborative, global environments and operate with precision, strategic insight, and editorial discipline.

Benefits

This role offers flexibility in work location with a primarily remote structure, allowing you to work from anywhere in the US or UK. You'll operate within a culture committed to strategic storytelling, editorial rigor, and global impact, with opportunities to shape the future of content at scale.
