What You'll Do
Act as a scientific liaison between the medical community and internal teams, fostering trusted relationships with healthcare providers, academic researchers, and access stakeholders. Engage in peer-level discussions to share clinical insights and support the appropriate use of medicines in immunology. Deliver accurate, compliant scientific information through in-person and remote interactions, including one-on-one meetings, group forums, and medical conferences.
Stay current with evolving treatment practices, clinical research, health economics, and regulatory developments. Contribute to field medical planning by assessing regional needs and identifying opportunities for collaborative research or educational initiatives. Support investigator-led studies by guiding protocol feasibility, site selection, and investigator engagement. Relay critical medical insights back to internal teams to inform strategy and development.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support promotional events, speaker training, and clinical trial recruitment. Ensure adherence to pharmacovigilance standards and promptly report any safety-related observations. Participate in national and regional medical meetings to expand scientific networks and represent medical strategy in the field.
Requirements
- Hold an MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, or NP degree with clinical or pharmaceutical experience
- Demonstrate deep understanding of immunology, clinical research design, and medical literature
- Possess strong knowledge of healthcare access systems and health economics principles
- Display proficiency in interpreting and communicating scientific data to diverse audiences
- Have at least two years of experience in a clinical or pharmaceutical setting
- Show ability to build peer-level relationships with key medical experts
- Exhibit strong independent judgment, ethical standards, and organizational skills
- Maintain fluency in written and spoken English
- Be able to travel frequently and drive a company vehicle safely
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience as a Medical Science Liaison is strongly preferred, particularly in immunology or related therapeutic areas.

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $166,090 to $201,262. Additional compensation may include incentive cash awards and stock opportunities, based on eligibility.
Work Mode
This is a field-based position requiring regular regional travel. Candidates must reside within or within 50 miles of the assigned territory in Virginia.
