Logitech is hiring a Global Alliance Program Manager, Google Alliance and GTM

About the Role

The Global Alliance Program Manager will drive go-to-market (GTM) activities for the Global Google Alliance to support Logitech’s Video Collaboration business growth. This role manages key aspects of the business and technology partnership with Google, developing and executing joint programs and initiatives to expand market reach and strengthen collaboration around joint solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the Google alliance programs at the corporate level
  • Support sales and marketing teams to ensure a healthy and successful mutually beneficial partnership
  • Develop a global strategy for programs supporting the overall vision of the collaboration
  • Leverage joint innovations and market development funds
  • Define business objectives with clear goals and an execution plan
  • Plan and execute GTM activities in collaboration with Google and Logitech sales and marketing teams
  • Participate in partner-focused events and tradeshows
  • Create channel offers and promotions
  • Execute joint sales pursuits
  • Manage seeding and trial/pilot programs
  • Utilize demo centers or other customer immersion centers to generate awareness
  • Manage joint programs with strategic channel partners
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Programs and projects developed
  • Assist in global deals related to the Google Alliance as the SME
  • Support sales and marketing teams with creation of Google-focused programs, projects, and business positioning
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the success of the partnership

What We're Looking For

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Program/Project Management, Product or like degree
  • Equivalent relevant working experience acceptable
  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders in a distributed environment
  • Excellent written and oral communications and interpersonal skills
  • High energy, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Passion for the technology industry

Nice to Have

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in program management, project management, product development, sales, or business development roles
  • Experience in defining and managing go-to-market initiatives
  • Experience with project or program management
  • Direct experience with building and managing alliances, particularly with Google, or other major companies like Microsoft, Cisco, Apple, or Amazon
  • Familiarity with videoconferencing, Unified Communications, and collaboration markets
  • Experience with collaboration technologies such as Google Workspace, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and WebEx
  • Experience working with multiple teams within an organization, including: Sales, Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations/Enablement teams
  • Ability to comprehend and become a subject matter expert in the partner’s solutions, their strategy, and product roadmap
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn and Twitter) as a marketing and networking tool
  • MBA a plus

Compensation: $143,000 - $193,000 base salary, plus Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP).

Work Mode

Hybrid work model with locations in Dallas, TX; Camas, Washington; Irvine, CA; Cork, Ireland; London, UK; and San Jose, CA. Logitech offers a hybrid/remote work culture; some roles may be remote from most locations; the hybrid model allows some employees to work remotely while others work on-premises.
