About the Role

Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual and in-person consultations for patients with gastrointestinal conditions
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and medical histories
- Diagnose and manage chronic digestive disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and therapies as needed
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies
- Collaborate with physicians and care coordinators

- Respond to patient messages within established timeframes
