About the Role

The role involves owning the end-to-end product lifecycle for the API marketplace, aligning stakeholders, defining roadmaps, and delivering high-impact features that enhance platform capabilities and customer value.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction and execution of the API marketplace product
  • Define and prioritize product requirements based on market analysis and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and launch new features
  • Work closely with sales and business development to align product capabilities with market needs
  • Monitor key performance metrics and iterate on product offerings
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to deployment
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
  • Develop roadmaps and communicate timelines to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination between legal, marketing, and technical teams
  • Translate business objectives into technical specifications
  • Drive user adoption through onboarding materials and support documentation
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from enterprise clients and partners
  • Optimize API documentation and developer experience
  • Support integration efforts with third-party platforms
  • Identify scalability challenges and work with architecture teams on solutions
  • Maintain backlog hygiene and sprint planning inputs
  • Lead product discovery initiatives including user interviews and prototyping
  • Evaluate new technologies for potential integration into the platform
  • Represent product interests in executive reviews and planning sessions

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related discipline
  • Prior experience in travel or financial services technology
  • Hands-on experience with API gateway technologies
  • Familiarity with monetization models for API usage
  • Product launches in regulated industries
  • International product rollout experience
  • Fluency in French and English
