About the Role

Beutler Saghari & Partner GmbH is hiring a Germany Technical Sales Manager Food Ingredients Hydrocolloids Pectin (m/w/d). You will be the key technical and sales representative for our pectin producer, responsible for the Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Benelux regions. This role blends deep application technology support with strategic sales to drive customer success and business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Provide active application technology consultation and support for pectin customers.
  • Develop concepts and ideas to promote and advance product sales.
  • Create problem solutions and customer-specific recipes in collaboration with laboratory and technical departments.
  • Support and train customers in workshops and training sessions.
  • Acquire new customers and sustainably expand the customer base.
  • Conduct sales discussions and negotiations with customers and prospects.
  • Manage and motivate agencies and offices abroad.

  • A completed degree in food technology or comparable education.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • An independent and structured way of working.

Nice to Have

  • Ideally 5-10 years of professional experience in food ingredients.
  • Experience in sales of food ingredients, ideally with pectin or hydrocolloids.
  • Good spoken and written English language skills.
  • Background as an application technician currently working with customers in a lab, looking to shape the entire process up to the sale.

Team & Environment

You will be responsible for steering and motivating our agencies and offices abroad.
