Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a German Speaking Recruiter for a fully remote, entry-level position. In this role, you will connect talented individuals with job opportunities, with no prior recruitment experience required.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in German and English.
- No previous recruitment experience required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help candidates.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- A strong interest in starting a career in recruitment and a commitment to connecting talent with opportunities.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms is advantageous.
