What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service in German to clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system to facilitate seamless communication and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and enhance service offerings based on customer feedback.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to products and services.
