Responsibilities
- Take part in structured onboarding in Germany to understand the client's tools, processes, platform
- Support public-sector users in adopting the application and using its features effectively
- Follow a defined project blueprint to guide daily tasks and ensure consistency
- Explain key settings and functionalities to third parties in a clear and structured way
- Work with MS Office and tools like Jira and Confluence (training provided)
