Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in German using phone, email, and live chat platforms
- Support customers with order details, delivery updates, returns processing, and product facts
- Deliver timely, precise, and courteous assistance aligned with brand service standards
- Address and resolve complaints, escalating intricate issues when appropriate
- Keep accurate logs of all customer engagements in internal databases
- Achieve set benchmarks for service quality, output, and customer feedback ratings
- Collaborate with colleagues and team leads to improve overall client experience
Requirements
- Fluency in German at B2 to C2 level, both written and spoken
- Proficient English skills for internal coordination
- Minimum education of Matric or Grade 12 completion
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- Capable of thriving in a fast-moving, customer-centric setting
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends as needed
- Fundamental computer literacy and ease with support software
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is beneficial
- Background in retail is considered an advantage
