Requirements - Native or near-native proficiency in German and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Prior customer service experience, particularly within real estate preferred. - Outstanding interpersonal and communication capabilities. - Advanced problem-resolution skills and professional client management approach. - Knowledge of property listings and real estate procedures considered advantageous. - Technical proficiency in customer service platforms and Microsoft Office applications. - Meticulous attention to detail with superior organizational capabilities.
