Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support for the media and entertainment industry. This remote role based in Greece involves being the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers, ensuring a positive user experience and building lasting client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Deliver top-notch customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat concerning media and entertainment inquiries.
- Assist customers with subscription services, content access, technical issues, and general inquiries.
- Handle complaints and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Stay informed about the latest offerings and updates in the media and entertainment sector to provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and feedback meticulously to help improve service quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and enhance user experience.
- Maintain a customer-first approach to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in customer service management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
