Mercier Consultancy is looking for a German-speaking Customer Consultant to deliver exceptional remote support to our German-speaking clientele from Greece. You will be the primary point of contact for resolving customer inquiries and technical issues across multiple channels.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat platforms.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and technical issues.
- Efficiently resolve customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance their experience.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to promote continual improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
- Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote work setting.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or similar customer support platforms.
