About the Role

The role involves providing high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction through phone, email, and chat support.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in fluent German
  • Handle support tickets via phone, email, and live chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
