Mercier Consultancy is hiring a German Speaking Customer Care Specialist to deliver outstanding support to our German-speaking clientele. You will be the primary point of contact, handling inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy to significantly enhance the overall customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Manage client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in our systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Offer expert advice and product knowledge to enhance client understanding.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
- Participate in ongoing training to continuously enhance your skills.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
- A proactive attitude and a clear willingness to learn.
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software.
