Mercier Consultancy is hiring a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to support a leading tech company’s clients remotely from Greece. You will be the first point of contact, assisting with product, service, and technical inquiries in German to ensure a smooth user experience.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer inquiries related to tech products and services via phone, email, and live chat in German.
- Provide detailed information on product features, troubleshooting steps, and account management.
- Assist customers with installation and technical support issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Record and document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
- Stay updated on new product launches, updates, and industry trends to provide relevant information to customers.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle technical inquiries.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple inquiries.
- Proficiency with CRM software and general computer applications.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in the technology sector.
- Knowledge of English is a plus.
