Mercier Consultancy is looking for a German Customer Consultant to enhance the customer experience for our German-speaking clients. In this fully remote role based in Greece, you will provide stellar support and ensure inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Address inquiries regarding products, services, and account-related issues.
- Effectively troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to offer helpful assistance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken, is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment with self-motivation.
- A commitment to providing high-quality customer support and satisfaction.
Nice to Have
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service roles, especially in remote settings, is advantageous.
- Experience with CRM systems or customer support platforms is a plus.
