Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a German Speaking Customer Support professional to provide excellent service to our clients. In this remote role based in Greece, you will be the direct link to our German-speaking customer base, helping resolve their questions and concerns.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer support to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken).
- Able to work independently in a remote setting while contributing positively to team efforts.
- A desire to work in a multicultural environment and embrace the lifestyle in Greece.
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer service or support roles.
- Knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is beneficial.
