Zignify Pte Ltd is hiring a German Speaker Executive Assistant to support marketing initiatives and coordinate special projects. You'll be a key part of our mission-driven global company, working directly with the founder and liaising with sourcing teams to keep projects across different brands moving forward.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate digital ad campaigns and monitor analytics.
- Assist with website development tasks and updates.
- Work with an SEO specialist to keep things moving.
- Help set up and manage email marketing systems.
- Support lead generation, affiliate and partnership efforts.
- Assist with special projects like trade shows, international trips, and market outreach.
- Help plan and book travel and events for the founder.
- Liaise with sourcing team members to ensure projects stay on track.
- Keep stakeholders updated on timelines and deliverables.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and requests from the founder.
- Help keep communication flowing smoothly across departments.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and not afraid to ask questions.
- Background in marketing, admin, or project coordination (at least 3 years).
- Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, ClickUp, and Slack.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks.

- Experience or curiosity around email marketing and partnerships.
