Invisible Agency is hiring a German Language Specialist to help shape the future of AI by providing high-quality training data and evaluating advanced language models. You will challenge models on German grammar, syntax, and semantics, document failure modes, and suggest improvements.
What You'll Do
- Converse with AI models on German language scenarios.
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs.
- Capture reproducible error traces.
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
- Document model failure modes to harden model reasoning.
What We're Looking For
- A Master's or PhD in German language, linguistics, or a closely related field is ideal.
- Clear, metacognitive communication ('showing your work').
- Must have an eligible Android device in-hand for project compatibility verification.
Nice to Have
- Peer-reviewed publications.
- Teaching experience.
- Hands-on linguistic analysis projects.
