Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a German Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service for the world's leading booking site. You'll work remotely from Greece, supporting German-speaking clients in a dynamic online environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, services, and platform usage.
- Handle customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and quality assurance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on product offerings and booking trends to provide informed support and recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- Native or fluent German language skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a customer-facing support role.
- Ability to resolve issues efficiently and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and documenting interactions.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
