Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Dutch-speaking Client Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clients. Your role is to ensure customer satisfaction and foster strong relationships through effective communication and high-quality service.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality customer service to Dutch-speaking clients across phone, email, and chat.
- Manage client inquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally, ensuring swift resolutions.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and expedite issue resolution.
- Stay informed about company products and services to provide comprehensive assistance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A problem-solving attitude and a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Comfort with technology and ability to learn new software quickly.
- A friendly disposition and strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Readiness to relocate to Greece.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English is beneficial.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role.
