Mercier Consultancy is hiring a German Client Consultant to join our tourism team. In this role, you will connect with German-speaking clients to discuss their travel needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions and exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
- Engage with German-speaking clients to discuss their travel requirements and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about travel packages, destinations, and itineraries.
- Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, ensuring their satisfaction at every stage.
- Resolve any inquiries or issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and preferences within our CRM system.
- Stay updated on travel trends and offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
What We're Looking For
- Professional fluency in German and English.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the tourism or hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of travel planning, booking processes, and destination knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage your tasks.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work and reside in Greece.
