SIXT is hiring a German and English Speaking Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) - 100% remote

Provide multilingual customer support as a German and English-speaking agent for a leading international mobility service. This fully remote role allows you to work from any location in Spain, offering assistance to customers throughout the entire booking journey—before, during, and after reservations.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, serving as the primary contact for German-speaking clients
  • Deliver accurate information about services and resolve issues efficiently
  • Build trust through clear, courteous communication and reliable follow-up
  • Work collaboratively within a distributed team while managing routine administrative duties

What We’re Looking For

  • Native-level German and fluent English proficiency
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong command of MS Office applications
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with flexibility in scheduling
