Lekker Code Company is looking for a German-speaking 360° Sales & Recruitment Manager to join our international team. This is a fully remote, part-time role operating between Cape Town and Munich, where you'll support sales and recruitment activities in a flexible, international environment.
What You'll Do
- Support and manage the CEO's LinkedIn profile, including correspondence, networking, and outreach.
- Conduct sales approaches via LinkedIn and other business networks.
- Conduct recruitment approaches via LinkedIn, specifically targeting IT specialists.
- Post and manage job ads for IT specialists and handle incoming applications.
- Organize and coordinate social interviews with candidates.
What We're Looking For
- German-native or proficient language skills are essential, with strong written and verbal communication.
- A confident communicator on LinkedIn with a professional and engaging style.
- A structured, independent, and proactive work style.
- Comfort working across different time zones (specifically South Africa and Germany).

- Starting at EUR 2,000 per month, with room for negotiation on both daily hours (approx. 4–6) and salary depending on experience and availability.
