Prime Therapeutics LLC is hiring a Georgia Medicaid Clinical Account Manager in a fully remote role. This innovative business clinician is accountable for building and maintaining customer relationships and leading account teams within all assigned accounts. You will deliver results that demonstrate value by identifying and selling pharmaceutical care and cost solutions, with general management of the account including P&L responsibility and accountability for contract compliance.
What You'll Do
- Perform customer-centric pharmacy services and own overall account satisfaction for all assigned accounts.
- Develop strong relationships with pharmacy department or designated customer contacts.
- Direct operations account managers in resolving customer service issues and actions supportive of achieving customer service requirements.
- Maintain knowledge in all aspects of contracts with assigned customers and ensure ongoing contract performance through risk management activities.
- Create and maintain partnerships with customers through the development, implementation, and execution of strategic business plans.
- Ensure all customer and account-facing services are provided consistently and timely.
- Demonstrate the value of pharmacy solutions related to unit cost, utilization management, and patient care enhancement.
- Identify opportunities for additional services that address unmet customer needs.
- Provide clinical operations input and support for client-specific claims processing programs, and coordinate implementations of clinical projects and programs.
- Support elevated customer service and prior authorization inquiries specific to assigned accounts.
- Manage financial aspects of account(s), ensuring revenue goals are met, cost of care and administrative expenses are managed, and EBIDTA targets are achieved.
- Seek and identify pharmacy products and service requirements based on an understanding of each customer's strategic business goals.
- Aggressively drive up-sell of pharmacy program solutions through consultative methods and ensure flawless handoff to sales and relationship management for contract execution.
- Support sales and account management in renewal activities related to assigned accounts.
- Manage talent: Accountable for identifying creative talent to serve the account and retaining high-performing team members.
- Ensure staff is trained and receives opportunities to learn new things.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- 2+ years of Management Leadership experience.
- 5+ years of Pharmacy experience.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
Nice to Have
- Master’s Degree.
- PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) and State Licensure in Pharmacy.
Compensation
- Salary range: $108,000.00 - $184,000.00 based on experience and skills.
