As a Geographic Information System (GIS) Mapper, you will drive designated routes throughout public areas in Germany, capturing high-resolution, 360-degree imagery of streets, landmarks, and commercial zones. Your primary responsibility is to collect accurate visual data using specialized vehicles fitted with advanced imaging technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate company-equipped vehicles to capture street-level imagery in urban and historical districts
- Follow assigned navigation routes with precision, focusing on areas of public interest
- Ensure consistent image quality, repeating routes when weather conditions affect clarity
- Manage onboard computer systems to securely store captured data
Qualifications
You must hold a valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience and have reliable off-street parking available for the assigned vehicle. Candidates must be authorized to work in Germany and pass a standard background check.
