Start your engineering journey in a structured trainee program designed to build practical expertise across multiple disciplines. With a foundation in civil, mechanical, or industrial engineering, you’ll rotate through key departments including project engineering, field operations, estimating, and manufacturing. Safety is central to every task, and you’ll be responsible for upholding health, environmental, and compliance standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee active construction projects and support field teams with planning and coordination
- Develop project timelines, assign resources, and manage crew and equipment scheduling
- Prepare subcontracts, track material quantities, and coordinate vendor and subcontractor activities
- Compile product submittals, including technical data and work process documentation
- Assist in cost estimation by gathering pricing, building spreadsheets, and attending bid reviews
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits to evaluate project requirements
- Support manufacturing operations, including resin blending, saturation processes, and refrigerated shipping logistics
- Monitor automated systems to ensure accurate chemical ratios and process efficiency
- Communicate with contractors and internal teams to align production with delivery schedules
- Maintain quality assurance practices and assist in staff planning and workflow organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check, drug test, and physical
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds and working in both office and industrial environments
Compensation & Benefits
