Salesforce is hiring a General Manager, Taiwan to lead our business in the region. You will be a key driver of revenue, responsible for achieving individual, team, and organizational quotas. This role contributes to sales strategy while providing the definition and implementation needed to help Account Executives generate pipeline and drive transformational projects with our customers.
What You'll Do
- Support direct reports by participating in and leading client and prospect meetings.
- Engage other corporate resources as required.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and development of the sales team, including recruiting, hiring, and training new Account Executives.
- Conduct weekly forecast meetings.
- Coach direct reports on strategies to drive closure.
- Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.
- Consistently monitor team sales activity and track results.
What We're Looking For
- Software sales experience in both individual contributor and management roles, with 10+ years of sales management experience.
- A proven record of exceeding quota and generating pipeline in a similar enterprise software environment.
- A successful track record in a high-volume transaction sales environment.
- Working knowledge or experience of the CRM space and digital marketing.
- Excellent presentation and listening skills.
- Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment.
- Ability to hire and train new sales representatives.
- Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team.
