816 GPS Services, Inc. is looking for a General Manager for the Pine Tree Plaza location. You will be responsible for leading your team to deliver a profitable store business plan, ensuring key metrics are met or exceeded and acting as the vital link between the brand vision and its execution in your store.

What You'll Do

Analyze results, identify opportunities, and make decisions in collaboration with leadership to drive key performance indicators.
Drive profitable sales through forecasting and scheduling.
Manage store budget for daily operations in support of the P&L.
Build highly productive teams through sourcing, selecting, and developing people.
Be accountable for team performance through coaching and feedback.
Teach and train to build team capabilities.
Lead the implementation and execution of all Standard Operating Procedures and initiatives.
Create an inclusive environment.
Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
Perform Service Leader duties.
Represent the brand and understand competitors.
Promote community involvement.
Leverage OMNI to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
Ensure all compliance standards are met.

What We're Looking For

3-5 years of retail experience leading others.
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees.
Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room, and office; work around and with chemicals; lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including travel, to meet business needs including nights, weekends, holidays.
Ability to travel as required.
