Responsibilities
- Acknowledge and respect the distinct skills and input of every individual on the team.
- Maintain an energetic, positive demeanor to guide and inspire team members while meeting all RPM standards.
- Supervise and reinforce safety and security protocols; verify all equipment is functional.
- Use RPM training resources and hands-on instruction to continuously build team member capabilities.
- Comply with and enforce adherence to RPM, corporate, and state health regulations.
- Manage inventory, handle cash transactions, deliver strong customer service, forecast sales, support local marketing, and coordinate team schedules.
- Effectively oversee sales, stock levels, and labor costs to meet profit goals.
- Ensure daily compliance with product quality, service delivery, and store appearance standards.
- Commit to working a minimum of 40 hours per week on a consistent basis.
