Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and payment runs.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) operations for both hardware sales and digital subscription revenue.
- Reconcile multi-currency accounts, ensuring every transaction is correctly recorded and matched to supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries, ensuring proper cost and revenue allocation across entities.
- Support monthly and quarterly close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and company policies.
- Partner cross-functionally with global finance, operations, and customer support teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Identify and implement process automation and efficiency improvements within ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
- Provide detailed AP/AR and ledger reports for audit, management, and strategic decision-making.
