Responsibilities
- Lead daily on-site construction activities and coordinate operational workflows
- Manage field personnel, including apprentices, journeymen, and subcontracted workers
- Uphold production timelines, quality benchmarks, and organizational procedures
- Serve as the main point of contact between project leadership and field teams
- Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safety guidelines
- Conduct regular safety huddles and enforce adherence to OSHA regulations
- Respond to workplace incidents by investigating causes and applying corrective measures
- Read and apply blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
- Maintain work quality in alignment with company standards
- Record daily progress, output metrics, and completed tasks
- Support team growth through coaching, skill development, and career guidance
- Help monitor crew performance and resolve operational issues
Compensation
$45 - $60 Per Hour DOE
