The GenAI Platform & Capabilities Manager will drive the creation and deployment of foundational GenAI systems and shared services, ensuring they are scalable, reusable, and production-ready. Reporting to the Head of GenAI Program, this role is key in advancing AI adoption across product, technology, and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional GenAI initiatives that connect product, technology, and operational functions
- Identify and prioritize essential capabilities for scaling GenAI, including evaluation and monitoring frameworks
- Design and develop the internal Agent Operations Platform as a back-office solution
- Implement financial governance for GenAI usage and costs (FinOps)
- Create and manage a centralized catalog of shared assets and services
- Develop frameworks to industrialize GenAI solutions for consistent deployment
- Ensure baseline security and regulatory compliance for all GenAI systems
- Define technical standards and best practices for GenAI implementation
- Coordinate complex projects across GenAI Tech, Platform/Cloud Engineering, Data Platform, Security, Compliance, and Product teams
- Convert GenAI initiatives into reusable frameworks, guidelines, and standardized processes
- Build reusable templates and components for broader organizational use
- Develop internal tools and integration kits to accelerate GenAI adoption
Requirements
- 7 to 12 or more years in Product or Platform roles
- 7 to 12 or more years leading programs or large-scale initiatives
- 7 to 12 or more years in technology strategy or consulting roles
- Hands-on experience in AI or generative AI environments
- Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects at scale
- Experience building internal platforms or shared technical capabilities
- Solid understanding of GenAI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, and agents
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives from start to finish
- Strong experience managing senior-level stakeholders
- Excellent skills in structuring work and prioritizing initiatives
- Product-oriented mindset applied to internal platform development
