Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-level partnerships with key retail decision-makers, aligning their supply chain goals with CHEP’s capabilities to deliver measurable improvements in asset productivity and service quality.
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of Retail Account Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centric performance.
- Drive the execution of CHEP’s retail business model across strategic accounts, focusing on transformation initiatives, new product rollouts, and continuous operational improvement.
- Deliver tailored supply chain solutions by combining market insights, customer needs, and CHEP’s service portfolio to enhance agility and reduce risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales, finance, asset management, and marketing to ensure alignment on strategic objectives and customer delivery.
- Manage complex negotiations to secure long-term agreements that balance financial returns with sustainability outcomes.
- Monitor performance through key metrics including NPS, revenue growth, and equipment utilization, and lead corrective actions where needed.
- Use in-depth knowledge of FMCG and retail supply chains to shape regional strategies, tools, and policies that strengthen control and visibility across the network.
Qualifications and Experience
Successful candidates will have over 10 years of commercial leadership experience in international environments, with a proven ability to influence across functions and manage remote teams. A strong background in key account management or category sales within a large-scale organization is essential.
Fluency in English and Polish is required. Prior experience in FMCG with multinational companies is highly valued, and proficiency in any additional Central and Eastern European language is an advantage.
