Lead the creation and execution of new ventures from the ground up as a Product CEO within a forward-thinking studio environment. This role is not about managing from a distance—it's about being the first builder, chief decision-maker, and driving force behind real products that ship. You’ll launch your own venture from zero to one while simultaneously defining how all ventures are assessed, funded, and grown across the organization.
What You’ll Own
- Launch and operate a new venture from initial concept through product development, customer validation, and scaling
- Establish the operational rhythm for the studio—setting evaluation criteria, funding milestones, and growth pathways
- Lead weekly studio-wide syncs as the central point of accountability across all active projects
- Drive sales conversations with partners, clients, and investors—closing deals by articulating vision and value
- Integrate AI and autonomous agents as core infrastructure, not add-ons, in every system you build

You’re a proven builder with founder or CEO experience who has taken products from idea to market. You’re comfortable in uncertainty, thrive when the path isn’t clear, and are driven by execution over process. You don’t wait for permission—you ship.
Sales is part of your skillset. You can walk into a room and influence decisions, whether pitching to investors or negotiating with clients. You’ve built with AI deeply, not just talked about it. Your work demonstrates fluency in agent-based systems and intelligent automation.
You reject bureaucracy. Your instinct is to build, test, and iterate quickly. You lead by doing, welcome feedback, and expect the same from others. In flat, collaborative teams, you step in wherever needed—no task is beneath you.
