Music Evolved Records is hiring a GCM Relationship Manager IV to manage client relationships and the daily administration of assigned Global Capital Markets (GCM) accounts characterized by significant intricacy, complexity, and risk. As the main point of contact, you will work with clients and partners to achieve sustainable earnings growth and ensure strategic compliance.
What You'll Do
- Monitor administrative and operational systems, databases, and activity for assigned accounts to ensure policy and procedural compliance.
- Review, analyze, and provide comments on the negotiation and drafting of operative documents and agreements.
- Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Audit to monitor risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Work with external parties, including attorneys and financial advisors, to structure and close GCM transactions in a timely manner.
- Complete account administration activities including cash flow execution, fee billing, internal and external reporting, and tickler processing.
- Participate in sales calls with GCM Sales and prepare fee proposals for new business opportunities.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with current and prospective clients and referral sources to uncover new business.
- Provide coverage and support for other Relationship Managers within the assigned Section/Unit.
- Represent GCM at transaction closings, chair client meetings, and prepare relationship support documentation.
- Represent GCM or lead departmental projects and Corporate initiatives periodically.
- Participate on Divisional and Departmental projects related to product development, fee structures, service delivery, and policy.
- Direct and/or monitor less experienced Relationship Managers and Client Administrators.
- Work with management to identify opportunities to enhance GCM’s control environment, products, and client service model.
- Advise management on product changes, regulatory rulings, and market changes affecting GCM's control environment and profitability.
- Supervise and monitor others in your managerial group.
- Exercise usual managerial authority concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, performance management, and terminations.
- Understand, adhere to, design, implement, maintain, and enhance internal controls and the Company’s risk and regulatory standards.

- Complete other related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years’ client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets.
- Or, in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 9 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 5 years’ client service experience in GCM.
- A high level of proficiency with personal computers and pertinent software.
- High proficiency and experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
- Familiarity with corporate structures, relevant laws, and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years’ work leadership, supervisory, and/or managerial experience.
Nice to Have
- CCTS (Certified Corporate Trust Specialist) certification.
- Working knowledge of pertinent specialized internal software applications.
- Demonstrated sense of ownership in jobs or projects.
