About the Role

Role Overview

As a Gaming Sales Manager, you will drive client acquisition across the global mobile gaming landscape, focusing on strategic outreach and long-term relationship building. You'll play a central role in expanding influencer marketing partnerships, structuring agreements, and shaping sales processes that support scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute targeted sales strategies to secure new clients in the international mobile gaming market
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with attention to commercial alignment and mutual value
  • Identify and engage potential partners through proactive research and outreach
  • Develop and maintain a consistent sales pipeline from initial contact through conversion
  • Collaborate across internal teams to align sales initiatives with operational capabilities
  • Contribute ideas to refine and improve sales workflows and client engagement practices

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in the mobile gaming industry
  • At least one year in a sales or campaign management role within influencer marketing
  • Proven ability in B2B client communication, both in person and remotely
  • Proficiency with Hubspot CRM and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in project and time management
  • Fluent in both English and German
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and creative problem-solving
