Role Overview
As a Gaming Sales Manager, you will drive client acquisition across the global mobile gaming landscape, focusing on strategic outreach and long-term relationship building. You'll play a central role in expanding influencer marketing partnerships, structuring agreements, and shaping sales processes that support scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute targeted sales strategies to secure new clients in the international mobile gaming market
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with attention to commercial alignment and mutual value
- Identify and engage potential partners through proactive research and outreach
- Develop and maintain a consistent sales pipeline from initial contact through conversion
- Collaborate across internal teams to align sales initiatives with operational capabilities
- Contribute ideas to refine and improve sales workflows and client engagement practices
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience in the mobile gaming industry
- At least one year in a sales or campaign management role within influencer marketing
- Proven ability in B2B client communication, both in person and remotely
- Proficiency with Hubspot CRM and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills with experience in project and time management
- Fluent in both English and German
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and creative problem-solving
